February 27, 2020 MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL DIANNE CARTER
Happy Thursday, Wildcat Families!
It has been yet another great week to be a Wildcat! First, thank you to our booster club for spoiling us with lunch yesterday. It was perfect timing for a few of the WHS counselors who were on campus to talk choices for next year with our 8th graders. Today they were a bit disappointed to learn that we don't provide a delicious lunch every day. Seriously, though… This takes me to my joyful moment(s) to share this week. They both involve our faculty and staff enjoying time together. I absolutely LOVE walking by and seeing more people than usual enjoying lunch together. These little things bring us together. This week also brought another opportunity for our teachers to learn together along with HCMS teachers on our early release day. Thanks to the work of our EPs, we had a mini-conference (Lead and Learn) with our very own as presenters and participants for that afternoon. I've already read some of the feedback, and I LOVE that our crew LOVES learning together! I'm so thankful that we have those opportunities.
That is all for this week. Soak up some sunshine this weekend while getting some rest!
Enjoy!
