MESSAGE FROM INTERIM PRINCIPAL ROBIN LOWE

Image

Hi everyone,

Wow - we are already into September and had our first cold front - incredible! You can feel football season in the air!

Just a couple of things I would like to bring to your attention:

  • Before and after school safety - please use the parent drop off / pick up lanes by the fine arts wing to ensure student safety. This is especially important at the end of the day when buses are arriving. Sometimes the buses run late and they have a difficult time entering to pick-up students due to cars in the bus lanes. Also, please be aware that if you are parking in the lot, your child should always be using the crosswalks and crossing between buses. I have seen several situations already this year that have made my heart stop.
  • Fine Arts Open House - On September 25th, from 6 PM - 7 PM, there will be a community Open House for our new fine arts facilities. Dr. Leonard will also present the State of the District at 7 PM following the Open House. Additionally, Dr Leonard will present the State of the District during our Wildcat Club meeting on October 13th at 9 A.M.

Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy this cool weather!

Robin

The $25 WRMS Campus Fee helps fund school expenses including printer costs, copy paper, classroom teaching supplies, tissues, and transportation costs for field trips. Without this, our campus budget isn't adequate to cover these costs. You can easily pay on the Wildcat Club web site OR send in cash/check (payable to The Wildcat Club). Thank you for all your support!

PIT TICKETS ON SALE!  PIT Tickets are on sale Thursday and Friday during lunch for students wishing to attend the WHS vs. Niceville football game this Friday.  Tickets are $3 per student.  To help raise money for Harvey Disaster Relief, we are giving kids the opportunity to pay $5 and have $2 go to the Red Cross. This is entirely optional. CLICK HERE FOR PIT RULES
